Our story
Founded in 2021, built for the long term
5M Holdings Ltd was incorporated in Scotland on 24 February 2021 as the parent company for a group of entrepreneurial businesses. From the outset the ambition was simple: combine the discipline of an investment holding with the energy of an operating company.
Today the group comprises three operating companies - GoGames, 5M Capital and 5M Technologies - supported by a lean group centre in Renfrew and a representative office in Moscow.

Incorporation in Scotland
5M Holdings Ltd is incorporated on 24 February 2021 with its registered office at Titanium 1, Kings Inch Place, Renfrew.

GoGames joins the group
The group’s first operating company: a custom game development studio building games for clients, with an initial team of 18.

5M Capital launched
A dedicated investment and advisory company is formed to manage group capital and partner with founders.

5M Technologies formed
Shared engineering, cloud and AI capabilities are spun out into a standalone technology company serving external clients.

Moscow representative office
The group opens an office in Moscow City to support CIS publishing and regional technology clients.

GoGames delivers its 50th client project and the group publishes its first annual review.
