5M Capital was formed in 2023 to manage the group’s investment activity. It makes direct investments in early- and growth-stage companies, primarily in fintech, digital assets, gaming and B2B software.
Alongside investing, the advisory team supports founders and corporate clients with corporate finance, M&A and digital-asset treasury and compliance.
